Parliamentary opening for Red Kite Touring Park

Tranquil Parks Red Kite Touring Park has now officially opened and has easy accessible access directly off the B4518. The site will be situated just one mile from Llanidloes town centre making it easily accessible on foot.

Tranquil Parks Red Kite Touring Park in Llanidloes, Mid Wales opened in May 2016. The Park was built by the owners of Clywedog Caravan Park (static park), and construction started in October 2015 after being granted planning approval by appeal.  

On 1st July 2016 Russell George local Welsh Assembly Member and Montgomeryshire MP Glynn Davies cut the red ribbon to officially open the Park.

Owners Richard, Terry and Carol Onions have designed the Park so that all pitches have electric, grey and brown waste water, fresh water and TV connection as well as beautiful views of the Mid Wales valley, and the Park is exclusively adults only. The Park features a state of the art toilet block with contactless entry system, sensor taps, showers and dryers, a dog wash, laundrette and wash up room. In addition to the toilet block the Park homes three nature ponds with resident great crested newts, an enclosed dog exercise area as well as 19 acres to explore. The Park as recently been awarded 5 Pennants by the AA.
