This un-commercialised area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, along with our quiet Park atmosphere, is ideal for those seeking the perfect rural retreat.
Just 3 miles from the quaint fishing villages of St Mawes and Portscatho, yet only a mile from the sea, within easy reach of many places of interest.

Trethem Mill covers just under 12 acres with 84 pitches suitable for caravans, motorhomes and tents.
We offer a choice of all-weather and grass pitches all with 16-amp electric & TV point as well as fully serviced pitches with additional water & waste connection. Every pitch has the benefit of a wooden picnic table.
The pitches are individually hedged to provide space and privacy and there is free WiFi available throughout the Park.
Our facilities include an immaculate, heated toilet block. We also have three individual shower rooms, disabled shower suite, indoor dishwashing room, fully equipped launderette, ice-pack freezing room and chemical toilet disposal.
Motorhomes are well catered for with a dedicated service point for fresh water and emptying grey waste water.
Our licensed shop sells a range of essential groceries, caravan and camping hardware as well as local beers and ice-cream. Calor and camping Gaz available. Fresh local bread and newspapers are available to order. A fresh wet fish van calls on site weekly as well as a wood fired pizza van and mobile fish & chip van.
We are very dog friendly and have a separate 2-acre dog and nature walk with lots of meandering paths, perfect to exercise your dog or to enjoy a quiet stroll. Or sit a while on one of the wooden seats and enjoy the wide variety of birds and wildlife.
To help you make the most of our beautiful area we have an extensive information area with lots available on walks, beaches, bus timetables, ferries and boat trips as well as local attractions.
The area around reception is beautifully landscaped and features a small watermill built amongst the flowers. You can also enjoy our pick your own herb garden!
The Park is well signed off the A3078. The approach lane is narrow so we request that departures are by 11am and arrivals after 1pm.
Our nearest villages are St Mawes 3 miles, and Portscatho 2.5 miles, where you will find pubs, shops and post offices
The Roseland Peninsula is a walking paradise and has an array of coastal and country walks with many opportunities for bird-watching and fishing
The Church at St. Just-in-Roseland, described by some as the most beautiful in England, is just a short walk from the Park. Enjoy a light lunch or afternoon tea at Miss V’s
There are numerous quiet and sandy beaches and the area is a boating haven with our nearest boatyard just over a mile away at Pascos
The calm and sheltered waters are perfect for water sports. A popular way to explore the coast is by kayaks which can be hired from St Mawes
You can also experience the Roseland from the water by taking one of the many boat and pleasure trips available on the Fal river
The castles at St Mawes and Pendennis were built by Henry VIII and are well worth a visit
For something different how about trying a cookery course at Philleigh Way
If you enjoy cycling there is the mineral trail at Bissoe and the Camel Trail at Padstow
There are many gardens to visit including Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lamorran, Trebah and the National Trust garden of Trelissick
Within easy reach there are many places to visit including the Eden project, National Maritime Museum, St Michael’s Mount, Falmouth, Mevagissey, Fowey, St Ives and the Cathedral city of Truro
For a unique way to cross the River Fal use the King Harry chain link ferry, a valuable link between the Roseland and the rest of the County

Finding us is easy, we are situated 3 miles before St Mawes, just 500 yards off the main A3078 Tregony to St Mawes road. More detailed directions can be found here
We strongly advise that you follow these directions and not those given by any SatNav
Please note our approach road from the A3078 (approx 500 yards) is a single track lane with passing places. We strongly advise new arrivals after 1pm only and regret that our access is not suitable for American Motor Homes.
