There’s a lot going on this year. Some of our parks would like to invite you to upcoming events taking place near them or on-site.
Briarfields Motel & Touring Park (Gloucestershire)
- Cheltenham Jazz Festival, curated by Gregory Porter, 1-6 May – Always hugely popular, this festival has an international reputation for bringing the very best artists together and producing unique shows
- Gloucester Tall Ships Festival, 25-27 May – 5 tall ships will sail into the docks and moor up on the quayside, entertainment features marauding pirates (including Captain Jack Sparrow), nautical activities, fun games for all ages, live music, a food market and museums on the docks, plus the return of the Gloucester Shanty Festival
- Cheltenham Science Festival, 4-9 June
- Cheltenham Food and Drink Festival, 14-16 June
- Cheltenham Music Festival 2019, 5-14 July – Known for its intimate chamber concerts, magnificent orchestral and choral works and stunning solo performances in beautiful spaces, this festival has a few surprises for its 75th anniversary
- The Times and The Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature Festival, 4-13 October – For book lovers everywhere, the world’s greatest writers and thinkers will be welcomed in Cheltenham
Blue Rose Country Park (Yorkshire)
Events on site in the Function Room:
- Music from Abi, 20 April (Easter Saturday) – Music from soul and Motown to 70s disco
- Dave Herrick, Saturday 4 May – hits from 50’s to Modern Rock
- Bingo and Quiz Night, Saturday 22nd Jun
Blue Rose Open Day, Saturday 25th May – Afternoon entertainment and evening music from David Walkington singing swing to rock and country to pop, plus the opportunity to check out the holiday home collection. Open day, Saturday 18 August – With entertainment, refreshments and the chance see the new developments.
Old Oaks Touring Camping & Glamping Park (Somerset)
The park is running coach transport to:

Eye Kettleby Lakes (Leicestershire)

Long Acres Touring Park (Lincolnshire)
- Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre is a fantastic museum for WW2 aviation history with numerous events coming up
